Back still really hurts - but I've nursed it all day, so I'm still monitoring. Thanks to Alex for sending me NYC disc doctors - I have an appt. on Thursday. Ipod officially gone. Gym called and can't find it. Great.
my dad would often sleep on the floor because his back was hurting. we would make fun of him for this. i've since had problems with my back. i once threw out my back during an improv scene where i was chopping wood. that was embarrassing. i pretended i threw out my back in the scene. but after the scene, i just slumped on the floor. and for like the next week, i would sleep on the floor. it helps!
