She is a soft-spoken, petite woman but she delivers a big blow. I'm talking about my personal trainer, Sonya, and after today's session - I'm not sure if I'll ever go back. Seriously, I'm literally not sure I can go back - because EVERY MUSCLE in my body is in anguish and by this time tomorrow, walking and breathing will be an issue.
I basically pay her to say "Five more, Allison... five more" and take my dirty looks. But she gets me to the gym on time and ready to go - and without her, there would certainly be no "five more." I'm liking this personal training thing; it's just so personal!
